I start by sitting with the people who actually do the work. I trace the workflow end to end, identify where time leaks, where errors appear, where workarounds live. This diagnostic phase pinpoints the problem that, once fixed, makes everything else easier. Only then do I design a solution around the actual logic.

I build, you test, we refine.

I develop a working prototype using your real data and conditions. You test it in the environment where it needs to live. We iterate until it fits how your team already works, without adding costs, complexity or new things to learn.

I deliver and stay close.

You get a finished tool and the documentation to run it. You own the files, understand the logic and can change it yourselves. I train the team, answer what comes up and when something shifts, a new data source, a process change, a question three months later, you pick up the phone and I’m there.

⬤ Tier I (€950 – €1,800)

A specific process that currently runs on manual effort, copy-paste or workarounds, automated. Data pulled and consolidated with Power Query. Calculations rebuilt with clean, auditable formulas.

Typical delivery: 2 – 4 weeks.

⬤ Tier II (€1,800 – €4,500)

Multiple data sources connected into a single workflow. Dynamic dashboards with scenario controls, advanced analytics and clean visualisations that update automatically. Outputs are structured, validated and ready to use without manual intervention.

Typical delivery: 4 – 8 weeks.

⬤ Tier III (€4,500 – €10,000)

Complex logic across multiple workbooks with transformation, validation and output layers built end to end. Integration with other products, custom code, advanced automation, visualisation and analytics. Also the right fit for teams with existing data capability that need a specific piece built at this level of complexity.

Typical delivery: 8 – 18 weeks.

Every project includes three months of post-delivery support with agreed response times. Team training, full documentation and structured handover are included for all tiers. Scope and price are agreed before any work starts. There are no hidden costs. Payment happens at delivery, when the work is handed over.

Beyond one-off projects
