Each week, month or quarter, the same analytical work needs to happen. Sometimes the process already exists but takes too much time. Sometimes the required output is clear, but the process to produce it does not yet exist.

I set up the process and run it for you. That might involve bringing together data from different sources, structuring and validating it, building a model or analytical workflow, answering agreed questions, and producing the final output on the required schedule.

What you receive might be an Excel workbook, management report, interactive HTML dashboard, PDF or PowerPoint pack, forecast or a combination of them. Behind it is a repeatable process designed around your data, requirements and reporting cycle.

Your team spends less time preparing data, running recurring analysis, checking outputs and fixing presentations, and more time using the information. From internal reporting and board packs to investor updates and external client reporting, the process is run for you and the finished work is delivered to your requirements and schedule.

Your data stays protected.

Before any data is exchanged, we agree what information is required, how it will be transferred, how it will be used and what happens to it afterwards. Confidentiality agreements and appropriate data-processing terms are put in place before the service begins. Data is exchanged through agreed secure channels and access is limited to what is required to deliver the service.

You choose the cadence.

You may need a weekly operational report, a monthly management pack, a monthly forecast, quarterly board reporting, recurring reconciliations, periodic analysis or a combination of these. The same underlying data and logic can produce several outputs when combined properly. Once agreed, the process runs on a recurring basis. You get a finished, presentation-ready work, styled to your standards.

Support and training.

I support the people using the process, explain the underlying logic, document it properly and train your team where required. If the service ends, your team will be comfortable with how the process works and be able to continue it themselves or hand it to someone else. You are paying for the work to be done well, not for dependency.

Starting at €1,800 per month, pricing reflects process scope and frequency of analysis required. All terms and recurring fees are fixed and agreed upfront.
