I trace the workflow end to end, identify where time leaks, where errors appear, where workarounds live. This diagnostic phase pinpoints the real problem. The one that, once fixed, makes everything else easier. Only then do I design a solution around the actual logic, not the ideal one.

I build, you test, we refine.

I develop a working prototype using your real data and conditions. You test it in the environment where it needs to live. When something breaks or doesn’t feel right, we document why so you understand not just what the tool does, but what it assumes, where it might fail and how to adjust it. We iterate until it fits how your team already works, without adding costs, complexity or new things to learn.

I deliver and stay close.

You get a finished tool and the documentation to run it. You own the files, understand the logic and can change it yourselves. More importantly, you know what could go wrong and what to watch for. I train the team, answer what comes up and remain available as processes evolve, so the solution keeps its value over time.

⬤ Tier I (€500–€1,200)

A specific process that currently runs on manual effort, copy-paste or workarounds, automated. Data pulled and consolidated with Power Query. Calculations rebuilt with clean, auditable formulas.

Typical delivery: 1–3 weeks.

⬤ Tier II (€1,200–€2,500)

Multiple data sources connected into a single workflow. Dynamic dashboards with scenario controls, advanced analytics and clean visualisations that update automatically. Outputs are structured, validated and ready to use without manual intervention.

Typical delivery: 3–6 weeks.

⬤ Tier III (€2,500–€6,500)

Complex logic across multiple workbooks with transformation, validation and output layers built end to end. Integration with other products, custom code, add-ins, advanced automation, visualisation and analytics.

Typical delivery: 6–10 weeks.

Every project includes three months of post-delivery support with agreed response times. Team training, full documentation and structured handover are included for all tiers. Scope and price are agreed before any work starts. There are no hidden costs.

Beyond one-off projects: Ongoing support, workbook upgrades, longer engagements and team training are available. These are scoped transparently based on your needs.

All engagements are covered by a confidentiality agreement. Nothing is shared without your written consent.
