What Is It
Intelligence. Minus the infrastructure.
Revenue dropped 8% in Q3, but no one’s sure why. Customer behavior shifted, but the pattern isn’t clear. You know something changed. You just can’t prove it yet.
That uncertainty has a cost. It sits in every meeting where the decision gets deferred, every forecast built on instinct because the numbers aren’t telling a clear story. Data analysis gives that uncertainty a shape.
That starts with framing the right question. The one tied to a real decision you’re trying to make. From there, the data is explored, cleaned and structured to surface the patterns that matter: changes in behaviour, emerging risks or subtle shifts that point to opportunity.
That might mean discovering why margins moved when nothing obvious changed. Finding that your best customers shifted their buying patterns six months ago. Or identifying which area is about to hit capacity before it becomes a crisis.
The outcome is a short, focused report. Readable in minutes.
How It Works
A method for what counts.
We prioritize and frame the question.
You know something’s off but you don’t know where to look or what’s driving it. I work with you to narrow the scope and define what actually matters. Simply put: what decision are you trying to make, and what would change depending on the answer?
Getting to the right framing takes time. That’s why we begin with two focused conversations: an initial hour-long session to explore what’s actually at stake, followed by a shorter 30-minute meeting once things have had time to settle. This confirms we’re answering the right question before any analysis starts.
I analyze and interpret what it means.
I work through the data and separate what matters from what doesn’t. I look for what’s driving the shift: emerging risks, opportunities in the margins or changes you suspected but couldn’t prove. Then I interpret what it means for the choice in front of you.
I deliver and stay close.
You get a five-page report with the answer in plain language, in the first paragraph. It includes 3-5 charts showing what’s actually happening, 2-3 practical next steps with risks and trade-offs and an Excel file with the cleaned data and calculations. I walk your team through the findings in two 30-minute calls and when a new question surfaces, a result that needs context, a follow-on decision three months later, you pick up the phone and I’m there.
Pricing
What you really want to know.
⬤ Tier I (€1,100)
One decision, properly framed. Cleaned data, statistical analysis, 3–5 charts and a short report with the answer in the first paragraph. Two follow-up calls included.
Typical delivery: 2–3 weeks.
⬤ Tier II (€1,850–€2,100)
Several connected questions, or comparison across segments, time periods or data sources. Advanced analytics and forecasting where the complexity warrants it. Same deliverable structure, more depth.
Typical delivery: 3–5 weeks.
⬤ Tier III (€3,000–€6,000)
Ongoing analysis, model development, monitoring or a standing analytical support function. For organisations that need analytical judgment available continuously, not just at the end of a project. Priced per month across the agreed engagement period.
All engagements are covered by a confidentiality agreement. Nothing is shared without your written consent.
Pro bono work is offered to nonprofits (see “About Me”).
Why Me
Answers in plain language.
Most data analysis produces insights no one acts on. Mine is built around decisions you’re actually trying to make.
With me, you get a partner who:
⬤ Frames the question properly before touching the data, so the analysis answers something that matters.
⬤ Tells you what the data is actually saying, including the things that are harder to hear.
⬤ Keeps the work short, focused and tied to the next decision, not the next slide deck.
This is Phronesis. The practical wisdom to know which question will actually move a decision forward, what the data is really saying and when to stop looking. That’s what makes the analysis something you act on, not something you file.
Whenever it feels right.
